Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your membership in and use of the services offered by Kishabya SACCO ("we", "us", "the SACCO"), registered and operating from Kishabya Trading Centre, Shuuku Town Council, Sheema District, Uganda.

1. Membership

Membership is open to individuals and groups who meet the eligibility and registration requirements published on our Membership page, including a one-time registration fee, minimum share capital, and minimum monthly savings contribution. The SACCO reserves the right to decline membership applications that do not meet these requirements.

2. Savings and Deposits

Members may hold one or more of the savings products described on our Products page. Interest rates, minimum balances, and withdrawal terms vary by product and are subject to change with reasonable notice to members.

3. Loans and Credit

Loan products are extended at the SACCO's discretion, subject to creditworthiness, collateral requirements, and repayment capacity. Specific terms (amounts, repayment periods, and security requirements) are disclosed at the time of application.

4. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining minimum required balances, and meeting loan repayment obligations on schedule. Failure to do so may result in fees, loss of loan security, or suspension of membership.

5. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members through the contact details on file. Continued use of SACCO services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
